Are you unhappy, but can’t seem to pinpoint the cause? Have you lost your true self in a difficult relationship? Is your anxiety or depression getting the better of you? Are you drinking more than normal? Feeling disconnected from yourself and isolated from people who support you? Sometimes when people are unhappy, they search within, assuming something is “wrong” with them. I can help you explore your inner and outer world. We’ll examine your core beliefs, motivations, relationships, and most importantly, what you are and are not responsible for; let’s look at the situations you're experiencing and figure it out together.
I can help you reconnect with yourself and find peace. I specialize in understanding the subtleties of emotionally abusive relationships, including narcissistic abuse. I will support you, validate you, and help you to strengthen your powers of healthy discernment. I can help you gain clarity in your life so you can make choices that serve you.
I personalize my therapy methods depending on your goals. I use cognitive behavioral, person-centered, solution-focused, inner child work, EMDR, and more. Finding the right therapist is arguably the most important part of therapy; don’t compromise on it.

Are you ready for things to feel different but unsure how to make changes that actually last? Is anxiety taking up too much space in your life? Are you navigating grief, menopause, blended family challenges, or another transition that has left you feeling overwhelmed or unlike yourself? I believe that even in the midst of difficult circumstances, it’s possible to find greater calm, confidence, and hope. With over 25 years of experience as a therapist, I especially enjoy working with individuals who are ready to make meaningful changes and want practical tools they can use in everyday life.
My approach is grounded in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), with a strong focus on building coping skills that help you manage uncomfortable emotions rather than feeling controlled by them. I don’t want therapy to be a place where we only talk about what’s difficult. I want you to leave our sessions with strategies you can put into practice. My experience personally and professionally has strengthened my belief in our capacity to adapt, heal, and discover strengths we may have lost sight of.
You don’t have to wait until life feels manageable to begin making changes. Sometimes the tools we need are already within us, but difficult seasons can make them hard to access. I’d be honored to help you discover what works for you and build skills that support you beyond the therapy room. If that sounds like the kind of support you’ve been looking for, let’s see if we’re a good fit.

Are you looking for the growth and healing that comes from therapy, but aren’t sure where to start? Is it your first time looking for a therapist, and you aren’t sure how to pick the right one? Or maybe you’ve been to therapy before, and feel exhausted at the prospect of restarting the intake process all over again? If you’re feeling nervous, intimidated, or discouraged by the process of starting therapy, you’ve found the right place.
As the first person you’ll likely communicate with at our office, it will be my honor to help you navigate this portion of your therapy journey. I remember how hard it was to start looking for my own therapist, so I make sure that my phone and inbox are judgement-free, safe spaces where you never have to perform or already know what you’re doing. I’ll guide you through our waitlist and intake process, get you referrals if our office isn’t the right fit for you, and take care of the administrative/logistical side of therapy, so that you can focus your energy on actually meeting with your therapist.
Therapy is hard work, and finding the right therapist can feel like the hardest part. But if you persevere, the healing and growth you experience will be worth it! For now, take a deep breath and give yourself some credit—just being here is a win! Then, when you’re ready to take the next step toward therapy, contact us; I’ll be here to support you.
