Meet our therapists.

Tonya Lundahl, LCSW

Owner & Therapist

Are you unhappy, but can’t seem to pinpoint the cause? Have you lost your true self in a difficult relationship? Is your anxiety or depression getting the better of you? Are you drinking more than normal? Feeling disconnected from yourself and isolated from people who support you? Sometimes when people are unhappy, they search within, assuming something is “wrong” with them. I can help you explore your inner and outer world. We’ll examine your core beliefs, motivations, relationships, and most importantly, what you are and are not responsible for; let’s look at the situations you're experiencing and figure it out together.

I can help you reconnect with yourself and find peace. I specialize in understanding the subtleties of emotionally abusive relationships, including narcissistic abuse. I will support you, validate you, and help you to strengthen your powers of healthy discernment. I can help you gain clarity in your life so you can make choices that serve you.

I personalize my therapy methods depending on your goals. I use cognitive behavioral, person-centered, solution-focused, inner child work, EMDR, and more. Finding the right therapist is arguably the most important part of therapy; don’t compromise on it.

Jake Oaklyn, LCSW

Licensed Therapist

Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected? Are you navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, identity, life transitions, neurodivergence, or substance use? Are you unsure what needs to change, but just know that you don’t want to keep feeling this way? I’d love to help you find that missing piece and start making the progress you’ve been looking for. We’ll identify what matters most, build on your strengths, create realistic goals, and work together to help you move forward in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable.

In our sessions, I’ll draw from CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, journaling, and other creative approaches, depending on what fits you best. You are the expert on your life; my role is to listen, help you make sense of what’s happening, and build useful tools for change.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Sometimes having a place where you can feel heard, understood, and supported is the first meaningful step. I work hard to create a warm, welcoming space where you can be yourself without judgment. If you think we might be a good fit, I’d be glad to hear from you.

Mary Bellows

Clinical Administrative Assistant

Are you looking for the growth and healing that comes from therapy, but aren’t sure where to start? Is it your first time looking for a therapist, and you aren’t sure how to pick the right one? Or maybe you’ve been to therapy before, and feel exhausted at the prospect of restarting the intake process all over again? If you’re feeling nervous, intimidated, or discouraged by the process of starting therapy, you’ve found the right place.

As the first person you’ll likely communicate with at our office, it will be my honor to help you navigate this portion of your therapy journey. I remember how hard it was to start looking for my own therapist, so I make sure that my phone and inbox are judgement-free, safe spaces where you never have to perform or already know what you’re doing. I’ll guide you through our waitlist and intake process, get you referrals if our office isn’t the right fit for you, and take care of the administrative/logistical side of therapy, so that you can focus your energy on actually meeting with your therapist.

Therapy is hard work, and finding the right therapist can feel like the hardest part. But if you persevere, the healing and growth you experience will be worth it! For now, take a deep breath and give yourself some credit—just being here is a win! Then, when you’re ready to take the next step toward therapy, contact us; I’ll be here to support you.
